FlexiSpot error codes, explained
E-series and EN/EC frames (Loctek control system). Codes below: E-codes (E01–E30) and LOC. Each guide covers what the code means, what you can safely try yourself, when to stop and call a technician, and what the repair typically costs.
FlexiSpot E-codes (E01–E30) — Controller error family
FlexiSpot (Loctek) error codes vary by model and control box, and run further than most people expect: E01/E02 overheat or overuse, E03/E04 (or 'OL') overload, E07–E23 motor and internal wiring faults, E09 uneven legs, E30 control-system errors. Whatever the number, the fix path is reset-first. Important: E-code numbering is brand-specific — a FlexiSpot E01 (overheat) means something different from an UPLIFT or Vari E01 (leg fault).
FlexiSpot 'LOC' — Keypad child lock engaged
The keypad lock is on — a feature, not a fault, but a surprisingly common 'my desk is broken' call.
